I forgot to delete my test questionnaire under “Learning Evaluation - Evaluation Designer” and accidentally added it to a VILT under the “Learning Evaluation - Manage”. Under “Learning Evaluation - Manage” I disabled the learning evaluation, but now it won’t let me add the correct questionnaire to the course, it still pulls the old one that was deleted. Is that because one session has already completed and some learners have submitted their survey responses? Anyone know how can I fix this?

Hi Alex. You selected a questionnaire for a course, and you tried to deactivate Learning evaluation to try to be able to select another questionnaire for the course, correct?
Indeed, when you deactivate Learning evaluation for a course and then you reactivate it, it automatically re-uses the same selected questionnaires as before. You can only once select the questionnaires for a course and then no longer correct that choice.
If needed, it is requested that you modify the content of the selected questionnaires (Learning Evaluation - Evaluation Designer” ), by the tab Questionnaires of the Evaluation designer section, of your Learning evaluation app, so that that content applies to new users that are enrolled to the course.
Please note that every change made via the Questionnaires tab is applied to next users, being enrolled after that change, and for all courses that have that same questionnaire selected.
Furthermore,  when you completely delete a questionnaire from the Questionnaires tab of the Evaluation designer section, then it is no longer possible to select that questionnaire when you activate Learning evaluation for a course, via the Manage section,  but it will also make it impossible to apply any changes to that questionnaire for courses that have that questionnaire selected. Therefor, it is preferrable to not delete questionnaires from the Evaluation designer section, but to rename them (for example add ‘do not use’ etc), if they are selected/used for any courses. Hope this helped.

Hi @Hopealex! Thank you for bringing this limitation to our attention. I wanted to let you know that we are actively working on a solution to address this limitation. I can assure you that it’s a priority for our team and we aim to resolve it in the coming weeks.
