Hi All, 

I’ve read through different Community and Knowledge Base articles and we can’t find a clear answer on this question;

  • Daily Notification to all learners showing Overdue courses
    • Our Learners are employees who need to undertake Code of Conduct, Bullying Harassment etc as part of onboarding
    • These are built into a specific Learning Plan for Mandatory Training

We are 7 months into Docebo and have some notifications that work and others that don’t. Understand there is a roadmap solution in future, but hoping the interface is simply to use and has some actual smarts about it.

Also - after applying all the Google (gmail) workaround with Mailbox update, are Gmail users in your platform still not recieving Forgot Password emails etc?

Have you installed the DKIM and SPF records for your Email in Docebo? This is a necessary step to ensure your emails flow through properly.
