I am working on creating an E-Learning Safety Orientation program. We have a GMP policy due to food safety. I am being told that for the GMP policy we need an actual signature and that a “course completion” status will not suffice. Is there an easy way to add an E-Signature to the training material?

+10Sort of..you can add it to the course and anyone completing the training materials will need to use E-signature in order to be marked as completed...users can download an app to get their unique codes or the codes can be sent via email. It’s a pretty quick process but does require some set-up and communication to your end users and admins.

Note that once you turn this ON for a course, it cannot be removed. So if you offer the same course to different audiences where som need to sign off and others do not, you would need 2 courses.
