Displaying a future date calculated based on course completion date on a certificate

I would like to display course completion date on a certificate using the [date_complete] shortcode/tag, but wondering if it is possible to display another date on the certificate which is two years from the course completion date.?
As an example, if the course was completed by a user on Nov  1, 2023, I would like to display this date and also another date, which is two from when the course was completed (Nov 1, 2025). Just wondering if it is possible to display this on the certificate, and if so, how do I accomplish this?
