We are having some issues with Docebo Connect for some external users, when they first access via OKTA they get an error, but some can proceed without any issue. As a workaround, we create profiles for these users and that resolves the issue. But manual creation of profile is something that’s not sustainable. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

We found that for Auth0/Okta, the default Auth0 plugin did not work, and we had to resort to a custom SAML setup. However, once we did that, plus a bunch of work to get it going, we got just-in-time provisioning working perfectly, which it has continued to do for about 6 months without issue.
