Hi! Does anyone know how to contact the help desk directly? Our LMS is down due to HTTPS certificate issues on our end so we can’t log on to start a chat and follow up on a ticket we have open and need immediate assistance.

you can see your ticket from here https://help.docebo.com/hc/en-us
You should sign in
and then click on your name and My activities in order to find your tickets, if you want to open a new ticket click on Support.
