Does anyone use Docebo as their company Intranet / Knowledge Management System (KMS)?

You might run into something we did - Harmony Search will only pull from Courses that a User is enrolled in - so unless you enroll all your users into all the “Knowledge Articles”, the Harmony Search won’t return what you expect.

Instead of making your Knowledge Articles Courses, I suggest utilizing Channels and making them Assets. A few Channels - with settings so that only the “Expert” can upload Assets - can serve as your Knowledge Management System, and Harmony will be able to search it for all your users that have visibility to that Channel. You can even build a custom page that has all those channels on it - if you want!

It’s too bad Harmony Search can’t be connected somehow to SharePoint sites and include that content in it’s results...
