Hello!

Question in title. (For Docebo Learn)

This is specifically relating to the blue ring chart that shows active users in the current usage period, and deactivating a user who has last interacted with content within the usage period (30 days).

How about deleting?

Thank you in advance!

@sara.cramer Hi, Sara … I agree with @mzirnhelt … an enrollment is an enrollment. It’s not Docebo’s “fault” that Sandy did something she shouldn’t have 😉 … and in the grand scheme of things, the usage will be inconsequential.

I haven’t tested this specifically, but I don’t think it will change anything.  If the user took a course during the current period they will get picked up as an active user, even if they aren’t active on the day you’re viewing the report/dashboard.

Sorry - to clarify, I mean there are folks that were active in Docebo this month at some point, but I want to delete them from the platform. The Usage Report seems to be cumulative for me. We had a few folks go into Docebo for the first time and access a course they weren’t supposed to. I’d like to delete them all and not have them count toward the Active user count for this month.

For example: A user named Sandy logged into Docebo and accessed a course for the first time 15 days ago. This counted toward the active user count. However, Sandy was not supposed to go into Docebo. It’s still the current Active period, when it counted Sandy. However, if I delete Sandy’s account, is it removed from the cumulative total of Active users this billing period?
