Hi everyone,

 

Does anyone know how to duplicate certificates in the Docebo platform? Is it possible to perform this procedure? 

 

Clarity: I will keep the background image on the certificate. Only the name of the user and the course name will change on completion of the course.

Hi @Fred Jones once you have a certificate you like, you can copy the code to a new certificate using the “ < >” option (while designing the template) and paste it into the new certificate using the same method. You would only need to upload your background image.

Hi there, I am aware of the option to copy the code, but can we please have an option to just select “duplicate certificate” on a certificate template?
