eCommerce: Cancelling Pending Transactions

On the Admin Dashboard, I have pending transactions in the Production and Sandbox environments. We have not gone live yet and have been testing scenarios with a developer. What happens if I cancel the pending transaction?

The enrollment for which the transaction was created will remain on a waitlist.  So if you cancel the transaction, make sure you go back into the course and remove that enrollment.

The transaction will remain on your transaction screen, but will be listed as “Cancelled”.  They will always appear on any transaction reports. (Confirmed with Docebo we are unable to delete those transactions out ourselves)
