enrollment in learning plans via CSV is very slow

I upload a CSV file and the users are added quickly but the enrollments take hours, sometimes overnight. Support tells me this is as expected. But I say it is too long. I would like to request that the process be made faster.

Hi @randallsim, sorry you’re experiencing these issues. We’re currently aware of a known issue causing latency with automatic groups that seems to also be affecting group additions via CSV upload. You can learn more and track the issue via the following post:
