I've encountered a problem with learning plan enrollment notifications in our sandbox environment. When learners are enrolled via an enrollment rule, they do not receive notifications. However, this issue doesn't occur in our Production environment or when learners are directly enrolled into a learning plan in the sandbox.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues? What troubleshooting steps or configurations have you found effective in resolving notification problems in a sandbox environment? Moreover, has anyone submitted a support request regarding this, and what solutions or feedback did you receive?
