  • How do I add an instructor to evaluate a test? Add (enroll) the user and make them an instructor
  • How does the instructor know that they are to evaluate a test? there is a notification you can enable for this
  • How would an instructor evaluate the test? from the Course Management find and open the course > Go to Reports > locate the user > click on their name to view the training object details > local the test > navigate to the question(s) to evaluate.

Note that a Power and super admin can also do this

The steps for an instructor  to review and approve a test is cumbersome, not intuitive and does not flow for a swift evaluation. The instructor has to dig through about 10 steps to get to the actual test details for reviewing.   In addition, the Docebo practice of marking the Test as Failed when there is a portion of the test that requires review by a Tech Lead or Instructor is a major issue for the learner and every manager in the process.
