Hello, we have situations where some users within our company move to another division (branch) which in turn is triggering our onboarding learning plan and notification in relation to that branch. Does anyone have a workaround in place to deal with this? I have looked at groups and of course we can only put in absolute dates within the rules. Ideally we want to send them a separate notification welcoming them to the branch and assigning a tailored Learning Plan.

+6What triggers the movement? Is it an automated batch file of some sort or they move themselves?
If a file, might want to ask IT or whoever makes it to denote new vs. updates, and then can have a workflow based on that.
If any change, I suppose could do a webhook that triggers on ‘User has been modified’. There is a seperate one for creation, so should just be changes. Would need to monitor for just branch changes and then send an email.
