Experiencing issues with ILT creation using Zoom.

When I add an ILT session using our Zoom account I encounter the below error messages. Currently our Zoom account is paired to Zoom V3. Has anyone experienced this recently and if so, what is the resolution? 

  • Video conference tool synchronization failed
  • Server Error
  • Invalid parameter password

Did you change the auto generated password? That may be the issue. Or perhaps someone changed the account password?

At first, I did not change the password because it is normally the generated password. I tried to change it to the account password but I continued to receive invalid parameter password error message. We confirmed the password had not been changed and were able to log into the Zoom account with this password.

you can try to repair the account or if you can, recreate the event and see if that helps. It may also be due to a time/date change too close to the event. I know the Connect for Outlook app does not like that. If all else fails, please open a ticket with support

Update: This was resolved by repairing the Zoom account to the platform. Thank you!
