has anyone any idea how to export an overview over power users including their profiles (incl the certain permissions)?

No direct way I know of. The quickest/overview I have found is using the API, you can get a pretty good list form 1 call using the API Browser if you are not comfortable using the API. The GET - /poweruser/v1/powerusers will give you a list of your users with high level info about their power user rights:
It also gives a lot of simple toggles to refine your search. You could take the JSON outputted and use an online converter to change it to csv/excel for you.
