Extended Enterprise: Universal Course Links Across Multiple Enterprises

We recently joined Docebo and are excited to be here! We are hoping to tap into the collective wisdom of this community around a challenge we are facing with Extended Enterprise.

Our Setup
We have multiple enterprises set up to support our various acquisition companies. The primary purpose of each enterprise is to maintain brand consistency for those companies post-acquisition, meaning each enterprise has its own unique logo, branded look and feel, and unique URL. Outside of that branding distinction, all enterprises share the same course catalog, learning plans, and instructor-led sessions.

The Challenge
Because our only real difference between enterprises is the branding and URL, we are running into a significant issue when it comes to marketing courses to our entire population across all enterprises.
A great example: we run a recurring live session series where we send an email communication the day before to remind people to register. The problem is that each enterprise generates a different course link, meaning we cannot send one universal registration link to our entire company. We have to manage separate links per enterprise, which creates a fragmented and manual communication process.

What We Have Tried
We have had some success using relative links within our Docebo widgets and also utilizing notification codes to distribute the correct links within the platform. However, we are really struggling when it comes to external marketing communications, like emails sent to our broader company population that includes all enterprise acquisitions.

Our Question
Is there a deep link capability in Docebo that would allow us to create a universal course link that works across all enterprises and routes users to the correct branded experience based on their enterprise association? Has anyone else run into this challenge with Extended Enterprise, and if so, how did you solve it?

Any guidance, workarounds, or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!! Could we do our marketing through docebo notifications in the meantime so we can utilize the course link code? How would that get triggered? We also have Docebo Connect services we could use but they haven’t given us an answer.

Have you looked at using the Enrolment Codes instead of the enrolment links? You will need to add a widget called, Subscription Code to your pages so the user can inout that code and be enrolled. Not quite the direct link solution but the issue you describe is one that cannot be solved in that manner today.

This will be helpful to review:
