External Training Duplicated course

Hi,

I have to setup a learner’s training in Docebo, who has completed same courseA in external training. Is there a way to prevent the learner from enrolling same courseA in Docebo?

Hi @liza2022 since what you track under external training is not an actual Docebo course, the 2 aren't related and thus the user would be able to enrol in your actual course in Docebo (given they have access to self-enrol and can see the course, etc.)
