Where can I see the data about the external training CSV uploads? I can’t find it in the background jobs or audit trail.

We think we’re uploading content but we don’t see it when we search. So I ran background tasks to see if it were queued and the audit log to see if the system even thinks it’s loaded.
I found another message with someone with the similar issue of not loading and no error message. We downloaded the template again and copied over the data and checked all the formatting and it still isn’t loading, so I’m trying to troubleshoot what our next options are. Adding people one by one is working, so I know it’s not a permissions issue.
+10I don't use that option a lot but I seem to recall the formats were a little different than what most other CSV imports use. Since it’s an older part of the LMS it may be that it’s not as “connected” as other parts. Have you reached out to support to ask about this?
