Fill in the blank

Whenever I try to add a fill-in-the-blank question after I type the question and answers, and hit save.  I get the following message.  I do not see any option to type the title in?

Hi @Merejay you need to add the “shortcode” in the spot where the user would normally type the amswer...it should look something like this: [answ1]

Example:

Questions = The sky is [answ1]

Answer variations = blue, Blue, blu, Blu, azure, Azure (or whatever your acceptable answers are for the blank space)
