Future Assign Courses

Hi there,

Just wondering if there is any way to future assign a course on a specific date or, one year after completion of another course.  We have a compliance training that is 5 years long: one course per year.  Each subsequent course must be assigned a year after completion of the previous course.  It would be simple if we just had a small group of people but we hire 10-20 new hires a week who will need to take the course immediately, and then a new course each year for the next 5 years.  So it’s kind of a rolling enrollment for the course.  Each NY new hire must complete the initial course within 60 days of hire.

Any thoughts on how to accomplish this task?  I’ve thought of creating groups but the group function only allows info on completion of a course but not the date it was completed.
