Hi @ajblack! To clarify, badges that do not have automatic assignment enabled are being assigned without an admin performing an action? I’ve attached an image below of what a manually assigned badge should look like:

Thanks! ~Yes we do want automatic badges and have that enabled. However, the system is issuing 2 badges and double points. We’ve had a ticket raised for some time. The process works fine in our sandbox but not in the live system….
