Hi All - I do see a lot of posts around Gamification and I wanted to get some thoughts around our Use cases:


1. Quiz Contest for Ethics & Compliance Awareness day :- This is doable as the contest can be set to run for a specific period and we can have the results.

2. Fastest to complete the assigned Compliance trainings :- We have about 6-7 compliance trainings that get spanned across Q3 & 4 every year. 
We were thinking of using the Gamification option to drive the engagement of our employees to award the fastest in completing the mandatory trainings, but the audience being dynamic (new hires join the company on a regular basis), I am not sure how can we make this work as the new hires would already be behind the current employees so they would not get really get a chance to compete with the rest.

Would love to get some ideas here. Thank you :)
