Hello all.

I’ve got a Power User who’s getting the following error message when trying to download a report off a course (from the Course Management menu, not from the Reports menu, not sure if that makes a difference):

>gnumeric] Error while converting file

 

Does anybody know what this is about? i was able to use the same path to download the report without any problems, so i’m wondering why my PU is having trouble.

Any input is appreciated.

Gnumeric is a spreadsheet software.

Connection there?

Also - have they or can they download other reports fine?

Just this one with an issue?

Have they ever done this? Permissions issue if first timer..?


I wonder if this is what Docebo is using on the server side to render the reports and it crashed for some reason.

I would have the PU try downloading other reports and I would try having other PU download the same reports.

Then I would have SuperAdmins try to download the same reports. The results, I think, will guide where the issue lies.

I just followed up w/ the PU to mention all this but since I’d spoken to him last he’d tried clearing his cache & retried & didn’t have any issues this time. but this is good to know, i’ll refer back to this thread if this error pops up again.
