Hey all,

We seem to be having problems with Google Analytics 4 and SSO. We use various marketing channels to drive people to the content eg Yammer, Emails, MailChimp etc. and we assign UTMs to our links which should filter into GA4 audience acquisition. However, anyone who hasn’t been logged in to Docebo for over 24 hours, they go via SSO and it redirects so many times that they end up coming in to GA4 metrics as just “Microsoft” with no other availability to track their source.

If anyone could help, we would greatly appreciate it!!

We’ve also found this so we’ve been recording the date we sent the email/Viva Engage/Teams post and using that to track effectiveness as well as GA4.
