Our Company has implemented Docebo for both external and internal users for LMS training. For internal users the access is provided through Okta via SSO. But for external users, the Docebo is accessed through an iframe on our customer portal hosted on Salesforce (please see below screenshot for your reference).
As you might have been aware that google chrome is retiring Third Party cookies starting Q1 2024 and completely disabling it by Q3 2024. When disabling the third party cookies, the internal users were able to access Docebo as the platform is directly accessed. But the external users cannot access the Docebo as it is implemented as an iframe which leverages the Third Party cookies for functionality.
We are working with Docebo support team on a resolution for this, but I just wanted to post here to see if anyone else faced the same scenario and has a potential solution for us.
