Hello Everyone,
I recently have been getting previously GoTo Paired accounts breaking. I don't understand why this is happening. Currently we have around 4 Power Users set up as Trainers linked to their GoTo accounts. Randomly these accounts will not be paired with no rhyme or reason. This is bad because when it happens it prevents the instructor and the users from joining the class. The connection keeps breaking from week to week it would seem. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with Paired accounts? If so, what did you do to fix?
