I was just curious if anyone has started using the Mobile Learning: GoLearn QR code to mark attendance at ILT. We want to implement it, and we are testing it now in our Live system. We have a Branded Docebo app.
When we check the box for use the QR code on the Event and then get the QR code from the course page, that all works fine. However when people scan the QR code (this is after the start time of the event but not before the end time) it opens our mobile app and then it just goes to course tile on their My Training plan area and not that check in window as shown in the product updates description area. The weird thing is we had one person get the correct window and check in but only one person, all others the app just opens to the course tile.
Is anyone having the same problems, or could tell us what we are doing incorrectly?
