It seems like my Help Desk chat isn't working. The ticketing system is functioning, so I created a ticket, but is anyone else experiencing this issue? When I click on the chat, nothing happens, and the window disappears.

I'm glad your function is working fine. Unfortunately, my help desk chat (using Google Chrome) still isn't working. I'll just wait for now.
