Hi All, sharing a major challenge I am currently facing. A ticket has been submitted; however, I’m wondering if anyone else has had this happen and what the resolution was. Last week, courses imported through the Marketplace worked fine. No issues. Today, I received an escalation from a new learner that they were unable to complete their mandatory compliance courses, many of which are sourced from the Marketplace. I impersonated the learner, tried to access the courses myself, and tested other Marketplace courses. All have the same error message. We heavily rely on these materials and have hundreds of courses imported. Below is an image of the error message (I’ve redacted the full message code for privacy purposes).
