Help! Marketplace Content Error (Ticket Already Submitted)

Hi All, sharing a major challenge I am currently facing.  A ticket has been submitted; however, I’m wondering if anyone else has had this happen and what the resolution was.  Last week, courses imported through the Marketplace worked fine. No issues.  Today, I received an escalation from a new learner that they were unable to complete their mandatory compliance courses, many of which are sourced from the Marketplace.  I impersonated the learner, tried to access the courses myself, and tested other Marketplace courses.  All have the same error message.  We heavily rely on these materials and have hundreds of courses imported.  Below is an image of the error message (I’ve redacted the full message code for privacy purposes).

Hi Liza, it is currently an open ticket and an issue with OpenSesame.  No answers into why it happened yet.

I am glad to share that we have been working with our content partners and the Docebo technical team to investigate the issue and at this time the issue is no longer occurring. There is an active case open with the support team, where we will be sharing updates on the ongoing work to implement preventative measures to ensure this issue does not occur in the future.
