We are making use of custom domains with our extended enterprises, and we are finding an issue with how our DNS records are set up.

For some reason, we have to type “www” into our URL when navigating to our platforms.  If we don’t enter “www” into the URL in the browser when typing our address, we receive error messages.

We have gone through the article available in the knowledge base regarding the custom domain and the “www”, but that doesn’t seem to resolve it?   We tried opening a ticket with support, but they indicated they can’t help with custom domains.

Essentially - can anyone tell us what we need to be putting into these fields on the Go Daddy set up so that the URL with our without the “www” redirects appropriately?
