New to Docebo and haven’t found help on this from helpdesk so anything is appreciated.
In our previous LMS we could make the content (session) “available” to a group then send a custom NOTIFICATION out through the system to the target audience. If they wanted to enroll then they could from the notification. I haven’t found a similar option in Docebo.
In Docebo you can “Enroll” the target audience and they can accept or decline. BUT this makes it impossible to manage your seats. I set up an ILT that has space for 145 people to attend. I chose to “enroll” the target audience of ~ 900 people, thinking it would give the 145 seats to the first come first serve.
But, it only sent to 145 of the 900 even though the are awaiting response now.
