I’ve seen some old questions on this topic (3 years plus) and ideas to introduce.. but have any of these come to fruition?
I need to be able to report on no-shows AND (separately) cancellations from ILTs. As you know, there is a significant cost to these, so reporting is essential.
Question
How do I report on non attendees and cancelations from ILT sessions?
+10What we do is mark them as “Not attended” then archive the record so they can re-enroll when they wish to. You can also create a custom Enrolment Field to track comments, etc. These are reportable and can be made to only visible by admins.
