How do I resync a checklist used in a course

I have a checklist with a typo used in a course. I updated the checklist, but the course is not using the latest version. It is a linked training material. How do I get it to sync?

I can edit but not delete the question. I was testing with my SA account, never a good idea. In addition to being enrolled in the course with the checklist, I had it subscribed to me. The sync worked for learners.
