How to Change widget on Learning Plan page?

you can just drag them to whatever place you want when you edit your page. 

I don’t know where to go to edit the lay out of a learning plan. Can you advise?

Oh so, sorry ...I thought you're trying to edit a page.

Those “widgets” cannot be modified unless you look at using some CSS. Not sure you would be able to have them switch places on the page though.
