We are in the process of creating learning plans and want learners to have to complete courses in a sequential order.

  1. How do I Iock a course until the learner has completed the preceding course?
  2. Can we assign a timeline to each course (eLearning and ILT) in which the learner has to complete it?  (.e. first week, within 30 days, 90 days, etc.)

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers!

Hi @Steven Patterson,

There are a couple of KB articles that might be helpful for setting up prerequisites within a learning plan and time options/deadlines for courses:

Creating and Managing Learning Plans

Managing the Time Options for Courses

We have a similar requirement, where we need Learning Plan 1 to be fully completed before a user is automatically enrolled in Learning Plan 2, etc.

It would be great if prerequisites could be at EITHER the Learning Plan OR the Course Level!!!!
