I received a complained about the ILT course status “Enrolled”.
When the learner was enrolled in a Learning plan, all the learner course status will be “enrolled”.
But, for ILT courses, the learners need to Enroll in a course session.
The learners complain about see a ILT course status enrolled, but he did not enroll in any session.
Any ideas about how to solve it?
