Hi,
I’ve created a notification for “ILT Session Starting” to be triggered 1 hour before the start of the session. However, the notifications have been going out 1.5 hours before the event, which is confusing delegates.
Has anyone else had this problem and found a fix?

I’ve learned that it works “On” the hour. If your ILT is at 11:30, and you have your notification set to go one hour ahead of time, it will go out at 10. I changed the wording of the notification, so it does not specifically say 1 hour.

We fixed this by creating a custom recipe using the Outlook integration of Docebo Connect, which sends notifications exactly one hour before the event.
In my opinion, from a user experience perspective, Connect is a great tool, as users receive the event in their calendars whether they use Outlook or not. Plus, it gives us Superadmins the flexibility to create custom notifications with more triggers and conditions than those allowed in Docebo Learn.
