Hello. In search of some help on - ILT how to reset training material for new sessions/event?
Currently when we create a new session/event and that new session/event is started, the instructor sees the material on the last slide where the previous session/event ended instead of back at the first slide.
The instructors have to go into each section of training material page-by-page backing through all of the material to get back to the start.

If you enroll the instructor in the course and set them as a “Tutor” you should be able to reset them each time they deliver a session...maybe give that a try to see if it works for you...
+10You can reset the training materials for the Instrcutor under the Report section of the course.
Alternatively, and depending on your training material type, you could add to the “file” widget so that it wont be part of the course materials and should start fresh exp time it’s launched.

Hi Irnlab, thank you for the reply. I was check both of these out this morning. Looks like the reset from report is for the learner and one-by-one; we are targeting a global reset for for all instructors.
Also tested uploading training material as “file” as alternate to “slides” pptx. We’re seeing when you do the ILT session for that material it downloads and then launches powerpoint. This misses the mark a little as well.

Irnlab, thank you. The enroll as Tutor gives us the ability to manually reset for each enrolled Instructor/Tutor.
We’ll discuss with our team and evaluate if we want to outline a future feature request. Possibly for a checkbox at the session/event level to reset all instructor course tracking for all training material.
