If a learner purchases and enrolls in an ILT session and then needs to switch to a different session, on the eCommerce report in Docebo will it show as only one record of payment?

the purchase is made at the course level, so if you allow a user to switch sessions, they would be go through the checkout process just for that change since they are already enrolled in the course. Therefore your report would only show the original purchase and not the switch of sessions. I think the only was you can see that a user switched sessions would be via the Audit Trail app. It does not show in reports.
