I created a custom report – ILT Sessions and selected the Event Attendance (hours) option . The information available in the report is only in hours, not counting minutes and seconds. If the time spend in the event is 45 minutes, the report shows 0 hours. If the event duration is 5 hours and 45 minutes, the information available in the report is 5 hours (cut the minutes). This kink of error affected the client Dashboard. I opened a ticket ( 576886), and the Support answered was “ the expected behavior”. In my opinion it´s a system error and should be treated as such.
Did any of you have the same problem? How did you solve it?
