ILT Session and xAPI quiz not showing the instructor the student has passed the quiz

Hello, In one of our ILT courses the original basic quiz that was built in the Docebo software was retired and the instructors could see the completion of module content and quiz grade in the session details. A new interactive quiz was created -- it was built in Storyline and published as a xAPI (tin can) but the quiz is not showing passed for the instructors, so the student cannot continue. Is this something with xAPI or SCORM? I have not tried publishing a SCORM zip. Wondering has anyone come across this. Our other ILT courses have been setup the same way without issues, but not used quizzes built and published as xAPI (Tin Can) or SCORM for ILTs. Just wondering if I am missing something in the settings. I am not finding anything online to help.
