Is anyone else having trouble impersonating/logging in as a user? I get an error and am logged out of the system. Ive had a support ticket open for a while, and they only say ‘they are investigating’

Thanks for confirming. I have tried all of those things with no luck and I am a superadmin.
Hopefully it is a setting on my end they can help me with. My interaction with support has been really good so far, except for this experience.
update: The problem was related to changes we made preparing to go live. We updated the custom domain field in order to get the needed ip address for support. I would NOT suggest doing this until you are VERY very very close to go live.
