Hi All,
I’m trying to import 5 rows (Title Fields are defined as 1st row) from a .CSV file.
Mapped out all the fields/columns required, but then receive an error file via email (another .csv) and all that appears in it is 5x ‘User does not exist’.
All except 1 user already exists in Docebo (for testing), but even that one was not added.
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thx.

I had the same problem over and over again when I uploaded my CSV file. I contacted support via chat and they helped me tremendously. They might have to go behind the scenes and look at your error and fix it for you.
