Hi all!
I’m wanting to upload certifications and retraining records via a CSV file. It appears to work, but when I go and check my transcript the certification isn’t anywhere. I get no error messages. I’ve attached both the spreadsheet and the Import schema. Any ideas?

+8Hi there, while it’s hard to say for sure, I know this one can be a little finicky, especially with the date. Also check the certification code - I think the column title is misleading (if I recall correctly) as it needs to Docebo assigned number rather than the code.
To find this number, on the Certification page, hover over the red X (but dont click it) - you will see the cert ID in the URL at the bottom of the screen (using Chrome)

Thanks! I’ve tried that and I’m still getting a code error. I’m going to reach out to the helpdesk as I’ve been working on this for quite a while and not getting it.
