Hi all! 

 

I’m wanting to upload certifications and retraining records via a CSV file. It appears to work, but when I go and check my transcript the certification isn’t anywhere. I get no error messages. I’ve attached both the spreadsheet and the Import schema. Any ideas?

Hi there, while it’s hard to say for sure, I know this one can be a little finicky, especially with the date. Also check the certification code - I think the column title is misleading (if I recall correctly) as it needs to Docebo assigned number rather than the code.

To find this number, on the Certification page, hover over the red X (but dont click it) - you will see the cert ID in the URL at the bottom of the screen (using Chrome)

Thanks! I’ve tried that and I’m still getting a code error. I’m going to reach out to the helpdesk as I’ve been working on this for quite a while and not getting it.

Hi! I did with the help of Docebo helpdesk. It was the date format; you have to use Day-Month-Year. Once that was corrected it worked! As an FYI - Excel sometimes seems to mess up the dates, even when it looks correct.


oop - yeah, we have run into a similar issue with the date format being the cause of the same issue!  But super bummer that there is no like error log to help you determine the cause of the issue!
