Once a learner is done with live, in-person training, their manager needs to complete a questionnaire/evaluation form to evaluate the learner's ability to demonstrate or perform certain hands-on tasks. What options does Docebo have that would allow instructors to perform and log this type of evaluation?

+10you can look at using Observation Checklists that the manager can fill in and the Instrcutor could then approve…?? Would that work? or you can do the reverse...you can have 1 user fill out the form and the other can approve.

If not, you can look at using an Assignment learning object - not the best solution but if you loaded a form , the user can download it, fill it out (maybe have the manager sign it) and then the Instrcutor can mark that assignment as completed vi at the Evaluation tool.
