Hi!
I’m trying to set up a notification to send to an instructor of an eLearning every time a user completes a course. In my test course, I added myself as the instructor.
Then I set up the Learner Completed a Course Notification to send to Instructors.
However, when I marked my test user as complete, the notification did not send.
Any ideas on what I did wrong? Has anyone else accomplished this in a different way?

If your notification is set to be sent to an instructor make sure the profile you use is not a power user or super admin. Hopefully that’s the issue.
