Makes me wonder, how many people want to do this kind of thing, and instead of matching Docebo’s, would an idea to allow you to replace the initial image with something else be useful? (I know, you can do it with CSS, but that’s a workaround, not an official thing and won’t work on all systems like mobile).

I bet a lot - but I’m fine with his robot head.

I made him my author on Rise for my tutorial courses too. Need to work on image alignment so he/she isn’t hidden by text on mobile tomorrow. 
 

I’m much more interested in customizing his text of his replies to work in branding and pages. I did what I could with localization.
