Our reports are missing data intermittently since March 19th. Don’t know if it’s related to the Database migration in Amazon, but our dashboards and customer reports are not accurate.
We did last week and support was able to resolve it quickly. Did you open a ticket for this?
Ours was down for 3 days. Just started working again yesterday
Our reports are currently down (i.e. refreshing fails); we have an open ticket. It has happened maybe twice in the last few months.
We did have an issue back in December where some tracking records were missing. We opened a ticket and it was resolved relatively quickly in the background, not sure what was the cause.
Again having issues with reports not refreshing today; it’s becoming more frequent lately. Can someone from Docebo please comment?
